The Springleaf Financial service survey is extremely short and will only ask three questions; “Overall, how satisfied are you with the experience you had at the branch?”, “Based on your most recent experience, how likely are you to do business with Springleaf again?”, & “Is there something that Springleaf could do to improve your satisfaction?”. At the end of the survey the Springleaf customer will have the option to enter a sweepstakes drawing for a gift card (the information provided will never be used for future solicitations).
