- UK customers who have purchased a new or used Hyundai car or had their car serviced at a Hyundai dealership can take a survey about their experience and offer comments on how Hyundai can improve

To begin the UK Hyundai survey, customers will need to enter their registration number and their Security Code (this code can be found on the back of their postcard they received in the mail or in your email) and click the “Enter the Survey” button. Any customer who has dealt with Hyundai can take the survey, but only customers who are over the age of 18 and who are legal residents of the United States can enter to win the cash prize from the Hyundai survey. A new lucky 0 cash prize winner will be chosen every month, and the new winner each month will be contacted within 14 days of the end of the previous month. Customers who take the survey can be assured that their information will never be sold to a third party and Hyundai will only use the survey results to improve on customer service at the dealership in questions and the quality of their autos.
What customers can take the survey for UK Hyundai?
Only randomly selected customers will be invited to take the Hyundai UK survey. Customers will need to have a survey invitation code from Hyundai to take the survey, and will need to enter their security code. Customers will need to enter their address and phone number if they want to be entered in the contest for the cash prize from Hyundai.
