The GM Financial My Account service allows customers to make a payment, update account information, and view recent account details. The service is free to use and is operated by the General Motors Financial Company. Any questions in regards to GMFinancial.com/MyAccount retail can be directed to (800) 284-2271 from Monday to Friday 7 am to 8 pm CT or Saturday from 7 am to 6 pm CT (the call center is closed on Sunday). GM lease customers who need help should dial (800) 369-5212 Monday to Friday 7 am to 8 pm CT or Saturday 7 am to 6 pm CT. GM customers who previously received a title and/or release of lien letter from GM Financial and need a duplicate title and/or another release of lien letter, please go to getmycartitle.com to submit a request. New customers who just purchased a brand spanking new GM auto will have to go through a short registration process before they are able to make a payment online. In order to register for the service please have the GM Financial account number on hand (this number can be found on the customers monthly billing statement and begins with 21 or 0021. Once the customer has enrolled in auto pay the payments go into effect immediately and can be changed or canceled any time through MyAccount.

When paying with a bank account the customer will have to provide their bank routing and account information (the bank account must be in good standing). When paying by phone, credit card (i.e. American Express, Visa), or cash there will be an additional feed added to customers will want to avoid these payment methods.
